Toes

I love baby toes.
When the child is 5 1/2 I still think they're pretty cute.

Thus the inspiration for this shot:

This is for this week's challenge, "bokeh." I usually take the word to mean awesome lights or flowers that are beautifully blurry in the background, but neither of those was possible in January here.
So I decided to take the theme to mean "a picture I couldn't have gotten without my 50mm lens." And this picture came immediately to mind! I couldn't wait to try it!!

Thankfully my kids are pretty good about going along with my ideas...
